CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise purchased from 11/04/25 to 12/24/25 can be EXCHANGED ONLY, or a gift card will be issued in store no later than 1/3/26.  Exchanges or gift cards will not be issued after 1/3/25.  To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be accompanied with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR GIFT RECEIPT and be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also have the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and have the ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED to the merchandise. 

ALL MARKDOWN MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALES.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.  We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

-Bath and body products

-Downloadable software products

-Health and personal care

-Custom made merchandise from our local artists


-Gift cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen.

 

RETURN POLICY STARTING JANUARY 2026

Merchandise purchased from Mamili in store can be EXCHANGED ONLY, or a gift card will be issued in store within 14 days of purchase.  Exchanges or gift cards will not be issued after 14 days from purchase date.  To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL RECEIPT OR GIFT RECEIPT and be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also have ORIGINAL PACKAGING and have the ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED to the merchandise.  If the items do not follow these guidelines, we cannot honor an exchange or issue a gift card for the exchange.

Online orders also have a 14-day return window. Once you receive your order, please inspect it and let us know immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right! To begin a return, email us @shopmamili502.com with a description and image of the damaged item. If the product is incorrect, or defective in another way, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send your order back to us. For incorrect, damaged, or defective products, Mamili will pay for return shipping. 

If an item doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you have 14 days after you place your order to return it back to us. This means that within those 14 days, the item will be delivered back to us and in our possession. If refund is approved, a gift card will be issued to you via email. No gift cards issued after 14 days from the purchase date.
